Hair Salon Cheltenham :: Pitville and Leckhampton

POLICIES

Text Reminders

Most clients acknowledge that a text reminder service 48 hours prior to your appointment is very helpful. All you have to do is to ‘reply’ to the message and it will confirm your date and time in our appointment book. Please make sure we have your up to date mobile phone number or let us know if you would like to opt out of these notifications.

Cancellations

By you: We understand that people lead busy and hectic lives and that sometimes it is unavoidable to have to rearrange your appointment. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to keep an appointment, at least 24 hours will help us offer the time to clients on our waiting list.

By us: In the event of staff sickness or unavailability we will contact you immediately to discuss options for transferring your booking to an alternative stylist, hair systems salon or postponing to an alternative time.

Missed Appointments

It’s frustrating when we have a ‘no show’ especially when we can offer the time to another client. In future we will be monitoring these missed appointments and may implement a £10 charge.

Children

We are happy to take bookings for children’s pricing on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday in our Leckhampton salon. For more extensive availability we are pleased to offer children’s services during our normal opening hours at our Pittville salon.

It is important that children are supervised at all times while in the salon. There are sharp instruments and dangerous substances used. Consideration for other clients must also be observed.
