Consultations
We offer complimentary consultations not only to stay colour safe through skin testing but to be sure that the styles, techniques and colours chosen are the best ones to suit you.
Women’s Cutting
Whether you are going for a maintenance trim, subtle style update or a completely new look our stylists will use cutting techniques to suit your face shape, hair type and texture. From soft face framing layers to sharp precision bob, curls, waves or straight… the right cut makes all the difference.
Colouring
Want to make a bold colour statement, subtly enhance or cover grey? Using our ammonia free colour we can complement your complexion and hair cut. Classic highlights for a polished finish, global colour for incredible shine or try a seasonal update to refresh your look.
Men’s Hair
Sharp and smart or softer textures styles our team can combine cut and clipper techniques. Book an appointment at a time to suit you, enjoy a complimentary cuppa and leave freshly washed and styled.
Children
We are happy to offer children under 12 appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Wedding & Occasion
We offer special occasion and wedding hair up in the salon. A hair up consultation is strongly recommended to talk through ideas and to get an accurate quote. Please ask a member of our team for details.
Training
Our apprentice is currently working towards her hairdressing qualification; appointments at reduced prices are available for models during supervised training sessions. Please ask in salon for more information or call 01242 528004.
Text Reminders
We send our clients a text reminder 48 hours before their appointment. Please make sure we have your up to date mobile phone number or let us know if you would like to opt out of these notifications.
Cancellations
By you: please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to keep an appointment, at least 24 hours will help us offer the time to clients on our waiting list.
By us: if we need to cancel your appointment we will contact you immediately to discuss options for transferring your booking to an alternative stylist or postponing to an alternative time.
Missed Appointments
We do monitor missed appointments and may implement a £10 charge.
General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
New legislation came into effect on 25 May 2018 relating to the information we hold on you, our client, and how it is managed.
We consider you have provided consent for us to store personal identifying information and details of services provided based on you receiving hairdressing services from us.
The information we collect is limited to relevance to our deliver of hairdressing services for you and will be used to:
Contact you to confirm appointments booked.
Record the services and chemical products used during your hairdressing appointments.
Monitor any medical issues which may affect hairdressing applications.
Information will not be shared with any third parties unless required to do so by law.
You will be asked for contact information when making your first appointment and you have the choice to opt in or out of our text reminder service.
Security of data is paramount; should you wish to review the information we hold on you please ask.
You can request deletion from our records by contacting the Data Protection Officer. We will hold information for a period of two years from the date of your last appointment. Should you return after that time we will collect information afresh.
Parents should be aware that data will also be held for minors and that the same terms and conditions will apply.
